HOMEPAIR LLC (“Homepair,” “we,” or “us”), a Florida limited liability company, operates the Homepair platform connecting homeowners with service providers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account. Service providers additionally supply business name, trades, licensing and insurance details, and the areas they serve.

Property information. The address and attributes of homes you add, along with the service requests you create and their outcomes.

Location information. With your permission, our applications may collect location information to support scheduled service visits, including in the background while a provider is traveling to a confirmed appointment. Collection of this kind begins only in connection with a confirmed job and ends when it is complete. You may decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

Usage information. Device type, application version, and interaction events used to operate and improve the service.

How we handle home addresses

A homeowner’s exact address is treated as sensitive information. We limit the location detail shared with service providers, and disclose a precise address only to the specific provider engaged to perform the work, and only when it is necessary to perform it. These limits are enforced by access controls in our systems rather than by policy alone.

How we use information

• To connect homeowners with qualified providers and to operate scheduling and completion of work
• To maintain a record of service performed at a property, for the benefit of its owner
• To verify provider licensing, insurance, and identity, and to detect fraud
• To send messages about your account and the requests you create
• To meet legal and tax obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email to homeowners who have not asked for it, and we do not buy, rent, or scrape contact lists.

Service providers we rely on

We use third parties to operate the platform, including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, mapping, notification and email delivery, media hosting, error monitoring, and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service to us.

Your choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account information by contacting us. Providers may adjust their notification preferences at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal information; records of completed work associated with a property may be retained in a form that does not identify you.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we hold and to request deletion. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

Homepair is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated directly to account holders.
