Homepair is a home-services marketplace connecting homeowners with licensed, insured, and verified local professionals. We are building it in South Florida, starting with Broward County.
What we’re building
Finding a trustworthy professional for work on your home is harder than it should be. Homeowners call around, wait for callbacks, and hope the person who shows up is qualified and insured. Good contractors, meanwhile, spend money chasing leads that go nowhere.
Homepair is a marketplace for residential service work — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, appliance repair, and general home maintenance — designed so homeowners can reach qualified local professionals with confidence, and so those professionals can spend their time working instead of hunting for the next job.
Homepair is operated by HOMEPAIR LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Coconut Creek.
Our standard for providers
Homeowners should not have to verify credentials themselves. We do it before a provider is allowed to take work.
Licensed
Every provider on Homepair holds the license required for their trade in the State of Florida, verified before they take work.
Insured
Providers carry active liability coverage, confirmed at onboarding and kept current.
Verified
Identity and business credentials are checked by us — not self-reported on a profile page.
Mobile apps in development
Homepair is being built as native applications for iPhone and Android, with a companion app for service providers. Both are in active development and are not yet available for download. If you’d like to hear when they launch in your area, get in touch.
Founding providers, Broward County
We are selecting a small group of licensed contractors to work with us ahead of launch. Founding providers help shape the product and receive priority placement when we go live.
We’re looking for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, appliance repair, and general handyman businesses operating in Broward County.
